    It’s common to get multiple opinions when painting your house, getting a new roof or fixing your car. Yet surprisingly, most people neglect to get a second professional opinion when it comes to selling what is often their most significant investment: their house.

    When you make the decision to put your house on the market, if you only meet with one real estate agent, you may be leaving a lot to chance.
